What do I do if I am having trouble participating in the program?

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C. and Puerto Rico, 18+ years of age (19 or older in AL or NE, 21 or older in MS). Requires picture of receipt and a unique receipt submitted for each in-game content code during the designated redemption periods shown above. A receipt once submitted by a Participant cannot be submitted again during the Promotion Period; and any Receipt submitted by a Participant which has been rejected by the Administrator on account of reaching the in-game content limit for the applicable Phase (“In-Game content limit reached for this phase”) cannot be submitted again during the Promotion Period.
